TOMI Environmental Solutions Secures Three-Phase SteraMist iHP Order from Mexican Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Zeyco

Multi-line Hybrid System deployment, sourced at INTERPHEX, extends TOMI's integrated automated SteraMist iHP decontamination platform into Latin American pharmaceutical manufacturing

FREDERICK, Md., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TOMI Environmental Solutions, Inc.^® (“TOMI”) (NASDAQ: TOMZ), a global leader in disinfection and decontamination solutions, today announced it has received a three-phase order valued at approximately $402,000 from Zeyco, a Mexican company dedicated to developing and manufacturing medicines and medical devices, as a global player in the market of dental anesthetics injectable cartridges.

The order covers the phased deployment of SteraMist ionized Hydrogen Peroxide (iHP) decontamination across three aseptic manufacturing lines at Zeyco's facility in Guadalajara, Jalisco, including the rooms supporting the filling of injectable solutions. It also includes installation, validation and qualification services, hydrogen peroxide monitoring equipment, and an initial supply of BIT Solution.

The deployment is built on SteraMist's Hybrid configuration, which connects a SteraMist Environment System generator to ceiling-mounted applicators through a central docking station. This allows multiple connected rooms to be decontaminated from one control point without moving equipment between spaces.

• Phase 1: A SteraMist Environment System with three mobile applicators, plus a three-applicator Hybrid installation on Manufacturing Line No. 2.
• Phase 2: A three-applicator Hybrid installation on Manufacturing Line No. 1, powered by the same Environment System generator.
• Phase 3: A second Environment System generator and a six-applicator Hybrid network for Manufacturing Line No. 3.

Once complete, Zeyco will operate two generators supporting 12 ceiling-mounted Hybrid applicators across three lines. The two generators can treat Line No. 3 in full, or Lines No. 1 and 2 simultaneously. Each phase includes on-site installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and operator training.
